The mattress fire sock developed by our company can be used as the lining of mattresses, sofas and seats, and the final product has the ability to effectively stop the spread of open fire. The flame retardant fabric is a non-toxic, harmless and environmentally friendly product that does not require post-treatment and can maintain its fire resistance for a long time. It is woven from cotton fibres covered by flame retardant chemical fibres, and the finished product has the function of elastic shrinkage, which can be flexibly wrapped within a certain range, and is widely used in sponge mattresses and other products.
Its biggest advantage is that it can effectively curb the spread of open fire and combustion, and does not produce molten droplets, thus protecting personal safety. After using this product, the mattress or mattress set can pass the U.S. CFR-1633 and British BS-5852 fire test.
