Product Description
The flame retardant knitted barrier fabric developed by our company serves as an effective lining for wrapping mattresses, sofas, and seats. This innovative product possesses the capability to inhibit the spread of open flames. Our flame retardant fabric is non-toxic, harmless, and environmentally friendly; it requires no post-treatment and can maintain its fire-resistant properties over an extended period.
Constructed from cotton fibers woven with a flame-retardant fiber covering, the finished product exhibits elastic contraction capabilities, allowing it to be wrapped flexibly within a certain range. This feature ensures broad adaptability for sponge mattresses and other related products.
The primary advantage of this fabric lies in its ability to prevent the propagation of open flame combustion without producing molten droplets, thereby enhancing personal safety. Mattresses or mattress sets utilizing this product can successfully pass both the U.S. CFR-1633 and British Standard BS-5852 fire tests.
